BIOGRAPHIES


Charles Bower, Ph.D. has an extensive background in both computer modeling and statistical interpretation of
data.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics from Purdue University and spent
five years in the Bell System as a programmer analyst before returning to academic life.  He holds a Master of
Science degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Indiana University.  He was employed by NASA as
an X-Ray Astrophysicist and worked on the Chandra X-Ray Satellite at the Marshall Space Flight Center in
Huntsville, Alabama.  He is currently a Senior Scientist in Experimental Particle Astrophysics at Indiana University.
Dr. Bower has over 40 publications in Physics journals.  His hobbies include playing and writing about
backgammon, where his specialty is the statistical interpretation of computer modeling results of this ancient
game.  Charles is married and resides in Bloomington, Indiana.

Frank Frigo is a Game Theory expert with an emphasis on tournament backgammon.  He is a former winner of
the Backgammon World Championship in Monte Carlo and has held the number one international ranking.  He
has an active career in commodity markets with an emphasis on structuring wholesale energy transactions. He
has more than 16 years of experience in the power and natural gas industries.  He received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Geology from Western Illinois University and attended the masters program for Applied Geophysics at
the University of Houston.  Frank resides in Louisville, KY with his wife and two children.

Bob Garvey has over 20 years of work experience in the sports field.  He worked in the baseball operations
department for the Texas Rangers for 12 years in charge of all statistics used by managers for game
preparations, and by the General Manager for player acquisitions and salary arbitration.  He was a member of the
statistical crew of the Dallas Cowboys for 10 years, and has worked as a consultant on salary arbitration cases for
the Detroit Tigers and Oakland A’s.  Bob served as an expert witness in theTexas v. Hopwood case.  Currently, he
serves as the General Counsel for McKinnis Sports Management overseeing contract negotiations and salary
arbitration cases.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Texas Christian University and J.
D. from The University of Denver.  Bob resides in Denver with his wife and son.

Bo Durickovic has been actively involved in software development and marketing since 1998.  He was the
Chief Strategy Officer at iMark.com (a business-to-business online marketplace) and successfully negotiated its
sale to FreeMarkets.com in March 2000 for $340 million. Bo began his professional career as a Management
Consultant with McKinsey and Company.  As the recipient of the Morehead Scholarship, he attended the
University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.  He graduated with a BA with Highest Distinction in Economics in
1995.  Bo currently resides in Washington, DC and serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for a major defence
contractor.
